1. What is a personalized book embosser?
A personalized book embosser is a tool that creates a raised, ink-free impression on paper. Paletrace book embossers can be customized with your selected design and custom name, initials, family name, or wording.

2. How does personalization work?
Choose your preferred design, enter your custom name or text, and add the item to your cart. We personalize your book embosser based on the details you submit at checkout.

3. What can I emboss?
Paletrace book embossers work best on bookplates, lightweight paper inserts, journals, envelopes, stationery, and compatible embossing stickers. They are not recommended for thick book covers or heavy cardstock.

4. How long does it take to make my order?
Personalization and production usually take 3–5 business days.

5. How long does shipping take?
Estimated U.S. delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, carrier delays, and seasonal volume.

6. Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@paletrace.com. Changes may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because personalized items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at support@paletrace.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and help make it right.

9. Is a personalized book embosser a good gift?
Yes. A custom book embosser is a thoughtful gift for book lovers, teachers, librarians, writers, collectors, and anyone building a home library.

10. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

11. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@paletrace.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
