Processing Time
All Paletrace products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for personalization and production before your order ships.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
Paletrace is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
