Return & Refund Policy

Each Paletrace book embosser is custom-made based on the personalization details submitted at checkout. Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@paletrace.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Custom Text Responsibility:
Please review your custom text carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, or wrong wording.

Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Address:
If a return is required, we will provide the return instructions and approved return address by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
